Anti-terror ops enter day 6: Indian Army ready to eliminate terrorists; Gen Pande to visit Jammu

Poonch (J&K), December 25 (ANI): Security was beefed up in parts of Jammu and Kashmir amid anti-terror operations. Security personnel deployed in the Bafliaz area of Poonch district after the terror attack. The search operation is underway to nab terrorists in the forest area of Dera ki Gali in Rajouri. Indian Army’s Sniffer dogs deployed in the forest area to sniff terrorists’ activities. Army Chief, Gen Manoj Pande will also visit Jammu on Dec 25 to review the situation. Several terror attacks have been witnessed in Jammu and Kashmir in the last few days. 4 Army jawans were killed while 3 others sustained injuries in the terror attack on Dec 21. The terrorists ambushed two Army vehicles carrying troops in Thanamandi, Rajouri. On Dec 24, terrorists killed a retired police officer in Baramulla during morning prayers.
