Rain lashes parts of Delhi

New Delhi, July 23, (ANI): Rain lashed parts of city during early hours of July 23 giving relief to the citizens from scorching heat. According to India Meteorological Department the maximum and minimum temperatures would hover between 33 and 26 degrees Celsius respectively.
