HM Amit Shah in Rajya Sabha explains the main story behind bringing new criminal Law Bills

New Delhi, Dec 22 (ANI): Home Minister Amit Shah, while speaking in Rajya Sabha on December 21, shared story behind the formation of three new criminal laws. Earlier, the Rajya Sabha passed the three criminal bills - the Bharatiya Nyaya (Second) Sanhita Bill, the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha (Second) Sanhita Bill and the Bharatiya Sakshya (Second) Bill - replacing the colonial laws namely the IPC, the CrPC and the Evidence Act.
