Raipur (Chhattisgarh), Dec 14 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi attended the oath-taking ceremony of Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai on December 13. A moving gesture of PM Modi at the stage hogged limelight. PM Modi was seen helping octogenarian Chhattisgarh Governor Biswabhusan Harichandan to adjust the table on stage. Both, PM Modi and Chhattisgarh Governor were seen sharing a smile.
