Daman, Aug 09 (ANI): Ahead of the Raksha Bandhan festival, women in Daman tied rakhis on the wrists of Indian Coast Guard personnel on August 08. Raksha Bandhan marks the sacred relationship between brothers and sisters. This year Raksha Bandhan will be celebrated on August 11.
