Hyderabad, October 28 (ANI): Telangana government, led by Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao, has established world-class medical facility centres in the state to keep its promise of providing quality healthcare facilities to the weaker sections of the society. Dr Mohd Khalilullah Khan, MD General Medicine at Golconda Government Area Hospital, Civil Assistant Surgeon Specialist said, “We have ten ICU beds here, all of which are digital health check-up ICU. We have 5 para monitors and ventilators on hand, as well as a central oxygen supply with high flow oxygen and suction. We handle cases such as lever failure, fits, and many others. Many people are coming from faraway places, and the main reason is that the Telangana government is developing infrastructure, and the public is reaping the benefits. Patients are referred to us by Basti Dawakhanas and Primary Health Care Centres. We are grateful to the Telangana government, Ministry of Health for the benefits provided, and with their assistance, our proposals were fulfilled.” Suvarna, a staff nurse, says the ICU ward has 10 beds and treats surgical cases, general medicine cases, appendix and hernia cases, and so on. All medications are distributed from this location. Thanks to KCR and the Telangana government, patients are provided with high-quality healthcare.
