Veer Bal Diwas 2023: Prime Minister Narendra Modi attends ceremony at Bharat Mandapam

New Delhi, December 26 (ANI): PM Modi attended a programme marking 'Veer Baal Diwas' at the state-of-the-art Bharat Mandapam on Dec 26. Last year, on the Prakash Purab of Sri Guru Gobind Singh, PM Modi announced that Dec 26 would be marked as 'Veer Bal Diwas'. The day honours the sacrifices of “Sahibzade”, four sons of Guru Gobind Singh. The youngest sons Baba Zorawar Singh and Baba Fateh Singh were bricked alive in a wall. Govt would also organise participatory events across India to inform people about the courage of Sahibzade.
