New Delhi, Dec 22 (ANI): Union Minister Piyush Goyal on December 21 indulged in a funny banter with fellow Minister Bhupender Yadav. Piyush Goyal, on a lighter note, asked remedy of “Congress grass allergy” to Union Minister. Earlier, the Rajya Sabha passed the three criminal bills - the Bharatiya Nyaya (Second) Sanhita Bill, the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha (Second) Sanhita Bill and the Bharatiya Sakshya (Second) Bill - replacing the colonial laws namely the IPC, the CrPC and the Evidence Act.
