AP govt calls for review of welfare schemes on completion of a year in power

Amaravati (Andhra Pradesh) [India], May 25 : Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on Monday participated in an event named 'Mana Palana - Mee Soochana' (our rule - your suggestions) on completion of one year of YSRCP-led state government in power.
On the eve of completing one year in power, YSRCP-led state government called upon its citizens to review its welfare schemes to exhibit transparency in the system.
Chief Minister Reddy today addressed a session on 'governance and welfare' here, which was attended by beneficiaries of welfare schemes, village volunteers, village secretariat staff and experts via video conference and in-person.
Starting today, a series of brainstorming session will be held over the course of the next six days aimed at reviewing the welfare schemes introduced by the state government. The sessions will be attended by all possible stakeholders, including beneficiaries and experts.
