AP: Korukonda Sainik School holds workshop on leadership skills for cadets

Vizianagaram (Andhra Pradesh) [India], September 6 : As part of the Teachers Day celebrations, Sainik School Korukonda organised a two-day workshop on "Leadership and Behaviour" for cadets and teachers on September 5-6, 2023, according to an official statement.
Group Captains K Sanjeev Kumar and Rahul Tyagi and the experts from the Centre for Leadership Training and Behavioural Sciences, Indian Air Force conducted the workshop.
The cadets were educated on the modalities of behavioural changes that are required to become an effective leader.
"The workshop also enriched the cadets of class IX to XII on 'Officer Like Qualities' and ways to inculcate them for better performance in the selection into the Armed Forces," said officials.
A special session was also organised for girl cadets where the way forward for them into the National Defence Academy and the Armed Forces was emphasised.
Group Capitan SS Shastri, Principal Sainik School Korukonda thanked the guest speakers and gave away mementoes during the culmination of the workshop on Wednesday.
