"Arvind Kejriwal has been giving false hope of development to Delhiites": Virendra Sachdeva

New Delhi [India], March 9 : Hitting out at Delhi Chief Minister, state BJP President Virendra Sachdeva on Saturday said that while making his speech in the Delhi Assembly Arvind Kejriwal today sounded like fighting a losing battle.
"It is regrettable that AAP leaders repeatedly use Bhagwan Ram's name to keep their plight before the media. Kejriwal should know every time he politically takes Bhagwan Ram's name while talking on ED notices coming to him, he hurts sentiments of crores of voters who are devotees of Bhagwan Ram," he said.
"For last decade Arvind Kejriwal has been giving false hope of development to Delhiites to mislead them but today he gave similar misleading false hope to jailed Manish Sisodia by saying that he hoped that the next budget will be presented by Sisodia," he added.
He further mentioned that actually Kejriwal is under pressure from Sisodia and so he again and again gives him false political hopes while he knows that Sisodia is unlikely to get bail in the near future.
"There are dozens of political parties in the country and thousands of elected representatives who realise that their constituents especially women and children have pinned their hopes on PM Narendra Modi's agenda of development of all prompting them to move over to BJP and join the journey of development," Sachdeva said.
The Delhi BJP President has said that due to repeated rejection by people of Gujarat and Goa, Arvind Kejriwal has lost respect for the people of the two states.
"In a democracy, no words can be more humiliating towards voters than saying that the Gujarat Government has done development despite repeated opportunities. Kejriwal should know people vote only on the basis of completed development projects and people of Gujarat have voted for BJP for three decades as they have seen their state turning into a development hub of not only India but the world," he added.
