Kanpur Dehat (Uttar Pradesh) [India], April 27 : Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav hit out at the Modi government on Saturday at a rally in Kanpur Dehat and said that the BJP has realised that the people are voting to save the Constitution.
Akhilesh Yadav said, "The BJP has been flipped by the people and they are lagging behind. This is not '400 paar', it is '400 haar'. I have heard that they are not able to raise the slogan of '400 paar'. Now they are speaking of the Constitution and reservation. They have understood that the people are voting for saving the Constitution."
He said that SP had mentioned that it would provide free wheat and free data if the INDIA bloc came to power at the centre.
He further said, "After 12 years I have returned to Kannauj. We will work for the progress of the constituency. No progress is visible during the current BJP regime. BJP had only lied to the voters. In the last 10 years, the BJP has built an image speaking lies and plundering the resources of the state. Farmers should get the right MSP. We have mentioned in our manifesto that we will provide nourished wheat and free data."
He further said that the country can only progress if the farmers are happy.
"We will waive the loans of the poor people and the farmers," he added.
