BJP to launch Tiranga Yatra across the country from August 11

New Delhi [India], July 31 : The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is set to launch the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign across the nation from August 11. The ruling party at the Centre will conduct Tiranga Yatra from August 11 to August 14.
During this period, the national flag will be hoisted on every house, shop, and office. A cleanliness drive will also be carried out.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi recently appealed to the citizens to hoist the national flag at their homes by August 15 as part of the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign.
On the occasion of the 78th Independence Day, the BJP has planned several programmes from August 11 to August 15, including the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign.
Key Programmes: Tiranga Yatra, From August 11 to August 14, a nationwide march will be conducted.
Flag Hoisting: From August 13 to August 15, the national flag will be hoisted on every house, shop, office, and company.
Cleanliness Drive and Tributes: Cleanliness campaigns and garlanding of statues and memorials of great personalities will be conducted during this period.
Vibhajan Vibhishika (Partition Horrors Remembrance) : On August 14, the party will observe 'Partition Horrors Remembrance Day'.
Under the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign, BJP leaders and workers will march across the country from August 11 to August 14.
The party will commemorate the horrors of the partition on August 14 as 'Partition Horrors Remembrance Day'. In 2021, Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced that August 14 would be observed as 'Partition Horrors Remembrance Day'.
In his monthly radio programme 'Mann Ki Baat', Prime Minister Narendra Modi appealed to the citizens to participate in the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' movement from August 13 to August 15. He urged party leaders and workers to ensure that the national flag is hoisted on houses, offices, and shops from August 13 to August 15.
In his 112th 'Mann Ki Baat' on July 28, Prime Minister Modi called upon all Indians to take part in the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign to celebrate Independence Day. He highlighted the growing trend of taking selfies with the national flag and sharing them on social media.
