New Delhi [India], January 3 : Ahead of the 2024 elections, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is set to launch a fresh voter outreach campaign in January, wherein the party has planned to hold about 5,000 public meetings across the country.
"With an eye on the 2024 polls, BJP Yuva Morcha is set to kickstart a massive 'Navmatdata' outreach campaign soon. The BJP is going to start a new voter outreach programme in January, wherein the ruling party has planned to hold about 5,000 public meetings across the country," sources told ANI.
Every time there are elections, a fresh voter engagement initiative is planned. With the goal of reaching one crore new voters, the Yuva Morcha will spearhead a considerably greater voter outreach effort this time around for the BJP.
As part of the campaign, the BJP's Yuva Morcha team will make contact with all locations where youth are present on January 8, 9, 10, and 11. This includes college campuses, coaching centres, stadiums, playgrounds, and other areas where youth are present.
Additionally, on January 24, the BJP's Yuva Morcha will hold one new voter conference in each assembly constituency of the country.
The BJP Yuva Morcha will conduct two conferences in a single assembly in large states like Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, and Maharashtra.
In addition to discussing the value of voting with newly registered voters, BJP Yuva Morcha will also explain to them the changes that have occurred in the nation since 2014, how India is constantly developing, and how the government is promoting this growth.
As per sources, the BJP Yuva Morcha will also disseminate information about the beneficial schemes of the government and will make the new voters aware of all the work that the government is doing for the youth.
BJP National General Secretary Vinod Tawde is in charge of the new voter campaign. Along with that, the BJP Yuva Morcha team is headed by BJP Yuva Morcha President Tejashawi Surya.
A meeting was also called at BJP headquarters earlier in the day, wherein an outline of the newly developed voter outreach programme was prepared.
