Vijayawada (Andhra Pradesh) [India], April 10 : Lanka Dinakar, Bharatiya Janata Party Andhra Pradesh spokesperson on Wednesday said that Congress and the ruling YSRCP see Muslims as a "vote bank machine" while PM Modi-led government considers them an "integral part of the Indian society."
Dinakar told ANI that the Congress-led INDI bloc depends on appeasement politics since they have lost the faith and trust of the general public due to their acts.
"Now, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy-led YSRCP Government is stepping in the shoes of their mother branch Congress to manipulate the attention of the Muslims in the state of Andhra Pradesh using social media posts with fake and untruth content and making it viral against BJP and NDA partners," Dinakar said.
"Sonia and Rahul Gandhi-led Congress and Jagan Mohan Reddy-led YSRCP, who sees Muslims as a vote bank machine for their selfish appeasement politics, will be blamed by the people and it will reflect in the upcoming elections. On the other hand, PM Narendra Modi-led BJP government has been considering the Muslims living constitutionally in the country as Indian citizens and are an integral part of Indian society. We warn that legal action will be taken against those who spread false propaganda," Dinakar added.
Dinakar also alleged that the YSRCP is spreading "fake propaganda" against the BJP candidate from the NDA alliance for the Rajahmundry Lok Sabha seat.
"Daggubati Purandeswari is the President of AP BJP and is contesting as the BJP Rajamundry Loksabha candidate from the NDA alliance with the support of TDP and Jana Sena party. She has the huge support of the people in the Rajahmundry and is marching towards winning with a huge majority. To restrain her positivity among the public, the YSRCP Leaders and social media handlers are inciting religious hatred by spreading false and fake propaganda about her," he said.
He also emphasized that the BJP is against communal and appeasement politics for electoral gains. No one can dare to criticise the BJP on religious lines after observing hard facts.
