Jaipur (Rajasthan) [India], November 3 : Rajasthan BJP leader and Deputy Leader of Opposition in the state Satish Poonia on Thursday exuded confidence that his party will win in the upcoming assembly polls in the state and said that the Congress is heading towards a historic defeat.
