New Delhi [India], October 9 : The Department of Ex-Servicemen Welfare (DESW), under the Ministry of Defence, is leading the charge in improving government record management, increasing transparency, and fostering a sustainable future through its participation in the 'Special Campaign for Disposal of Pending Matters 3.0'.
