Duty of every party worker to ensure NDA forms govt with huge majority: Amit Shah in Maharashtra

Nagpur (Maharashtra) [India], September 25 : Union Home Minister Amit Shah held a detailed discussion with the party workers and officials in Nagpur on Tuesday, and said that it is the duty of each party worker to ensure that NDA forms the government in Maharashtra with a huge majority.
Amit Shah attended a meeting of BJP office bearers of Vidarbha Region. Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and state BJP President Chandrashekhar Bawankule were also present at the meeting.
In a post on X, Home Minister Shah shared, "Today, in the Nagpur division meeting, I had a detailed discussion with the party workers and officials. Under the leadership of Modi ji, the NDA government of Maharashtra has set new records of development and public welfare by taking every section along. It is the duty of every worker to ensure an NDA government with a huge majority in Maharashtra and save the state from the MVA alliance that will loot the state."

The Home Minister also interacted with the officials and senior workers of Marathwada division in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. He said that the NDA government, under the leadership of PM Modi, is committed to the upliftment of all sections.
"Whether it is the respect of women or the welfare of farmers, the NDA government at the Centre and in Maharashtra under the leadership of Modiji is committed to the upliftment of all sections. Today I interacted with the officials and senior workers of Marathwada division in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. NDA workers in Maharashtra are once again committed to bring the NDA government to power," he stated.

Meanwhile, Amit Shah also chaired a meeting of Mahayuti leaders in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar ahead of the Maharashtra assembly elections, which are likely to held later this year.
Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and Deputy Chief Ministers Ajit Pawar and Devendra Fadnavis also attended the meeting, which ended on late Tuesday night.
Maharashtra legislative Assembly elections will be held in 288 constituencies. The Election Commission of India has yet to announce the dates for the election.
The upcoming Maharashtra election will see a contest between the Maha Vikas Aghadi coalition, comprising the UBT Shiv Sena, NCP (Sharad Pawar faction), and Congress, and the Maha Yuti Alliance, which includes the BJP, Shiv Sena (Eknath Shinde faction), and NCP (Ajit Pawar faction).
