Encounter breaks out in Jammu's Rajouri

Jammu and Kashmir [India], September 12 : An encounter broke out in the Rajouri district in the Jammu region on Tuesday, police said.
Additional Director General of Police (ADGP), Jammu Zone, Mukesh Singh "An encounter has broken out in the Narllah area of district Rajouri in Jammu region."
Investigation and search operation is underway.

Last week one terrorist was killed in a joint operation conducted by the Indian Army and Jammu and Kashmir Police in the Reasi district.
"War-like stores including one AK series assault rifle with magazines were recovered during the search following the encounter," an official said.
Indian Army demolished an Improvised explosive device (IED) in the same region on September 3.
