Voting for the 90-member legislative assembly in Haryana will be held on October 5. Votes will be counted on October 8 along with that in Jammu and Kashmir
Earlier, AAP MP Sanjay Singh said on Thursday that whatever the results of Haryana, the key to power will be in the hands of Arvind Kejriwal.
While holding an election campaign in Haryana's Charkhi Dadri, Sanjay Singh said, "Whatever the result of Haryana, the key to power will be in the hands of Arvind Kejriwal. Our priority is to have electricity, water, education, and health facilities here. Women should get Rs 1000 per month, people should get free electricity."
Earlier, Arvind Kejriwal accused the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of getting AAP leaders arrested in false accusations.
Addressing an election rally in poll-bound Haryana, Kejriwal on Wednesday, announced his five guarantees for the people of the state including free electricity, free medical services, excellent government schools, Rs 1000 for women above the age of 18, and youth employment.
"... Prime Minister thought that Kejriwal is doing a lot of work. He needs to be stopped. They arrested all our party leaders. They wanted to attack my honesty. They made false accusations, called me a 'Bhrashtachari' and a 'Chor'... I am roaming around in Delhi, people are saying that I can be anything but a 'Chor'... I resigned and said that the people of Delhi will decide if I am honest or not...," said Kejriwal in Meham constituency.
On September 23, Kejriwal claimed that no government can be formed without the support of AAP in Haryana.
"No government can be formed in Haryana without AAP. It is my responsibility that whichever government is formed with our support, we will ensure that electricity in Haryana is provided free of charge," said Kejriwal.
