Haryana CM Nayab Saini and former CM Khattar meet BJP's Haryana election in-charge Dharmendra Pradhan ahead of CEC meeting

New Delhi [India] August 29 : Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini and Union Minister Manohar Lal Khattar on Thursday met BJP Haryana Assembly election in-charge Dharmendra Pradhan ahead of the Central Election Committee meeting.
CM Nayab Singh Saini and Manohar Lal Khattar arrived at the residence of Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, early on thursday morning.
BJP Central Election Committee's meeting is to be held on Thursday in the capital. Candidates for the Haryana Assembly elections are expected to be discussed in the meeting.
The Central Election Committee meeting will be held under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and National President JP Nadda. Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Organisation General Secretary BL Santosh, Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, former Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar, State President Mohanlal Badoli and other members will also participate in the meeting.
In the Central Election Committee meeting, brainstorming will be done on 90 seats of the Haryana Assembly elections.
Voting for 90 seats of the Haryana Assembly elections will be held on October, 1. The results will be declared on October, 4.
Earlier on Tuesday, ahead of Haryana polls, Jannayak Janta Party (JJP) and Chandra Shekhar Azad's Azad Samaj Party (Kanshi Ram) on announced their alliance.
The alliance will contest on all 90 Assembly constituencies in Haryana with JJP competing on 70 seats while ASP on 20. Haryana will go to polls on October 1 in a single phase.
Meanwhile, Haryana CM Saini addressed Nonstop Haryana Jan Ashirvad rally in Tosham, Bhiwani on Monday. Vouching for the effectiveness of the "double-engine" government, the CM hit out at the Congress party, saying that the leaders had gone silent after they had heard the 2-month account of his government's tenure.
The CM highlighted the various schemes for the citizens in the area, claiming that the government provided water to everyone in the area, brought grains at MSP prices for everyone and also provided government jobs to the children without them having to sell their crops.
