HD Kumaraswamy hails NDA winning Mandya City Municipal Council despite "conspiracies, machinations by ruling Congress"

Bengaluru (Karnataka) [India], August 28 : Union Minister and Janata Dal-Secular (JD-S) leader HD Kumaraswamy commended the leadership and efforts of the party and its allies as he hailed the victory of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) in the Mandya City Municipal Council on Wednesday.
In a post on X, Kumaraswamy congratulated the newly-elected president and vice-president of the Mandya City Municipal Council and said that he was pleased to see the victory despite the "conspiracies and machinations by the ruling Congress."
"Congratulations to Shri Nagesh, who has been elected as the new President of the Mandya City Municipal Council (Nagarasabhe), and Shri Arun Kumar, who has been elected as the Vice-President.
Heartfelt congratulations to both of them," Kumaraswamy said.
"I am extremely pleased to see that despite the conspiracies and machinations by the ruling @INCKarnataka, the leadership of
@JanataDal_S and @BJP4Karnataka for Karnataka has brought the control of the city municipal council to the #NDA alliance, reflecting the aspirations of the people of Mandya," he added.
He further thanked the members and district leaders of both parties for their contributions to the victory.
"My gratitude goes out to the members of both parties in the municipal council, the district leaders, and the workers of the alliance for their contribution to this victory," he said.
