New Delhi [India], September 12 : The iGOT Karmayogi Bharat platform has introduced a new learning module dedicated to the Aspirational Blocks Programme (ABP). This initiative, managed by Karmayogi Bharat Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) in collaboration with NITI Aayog, aims to empower government officials with essential knowledge and skills to drive positive change in identified Blocks.

The primary goal is to enhance the functional, domain, and behavioral competencies of 5000 Block-level officials. By equipping them with the necessary tools, this initiative intends to improve their effectiveness in fulfilling their duties and responsibilities.
The curated module, now accessible on the iGOT Karmayogi platform, comprises ten comprehensive courses tailored to meet the specific needs of Block officials, the release said.
These courses cover a wide range of subjects, including time management, communication for citizen-centricity, leadership, sustainable development goals, problem-solving, self-leadership, stress management, yoga at the workplace, and team building.
Each course is designed to enhance the skills and competencies required for effective governance at the grassroots level.
The integration of this module into the iGOT Karmayogi platform signifies a commitment to bolstering the capabilities of Block officials, who play a crucial role in transforming under-served Blocks and advancing grassroots governance across the nation, read the release.
