INDI alliance corrupt, promotes dynastic politics: MoS Meenakashi Lekhi

New Delhi [India], May 22 : MoS Meenakashi Lekhi on Wednesday alleged that INDIA bloc is an alliance of corruption and 'parivarvaad' (dynastic politics).
The Union Minister said, "The people of the INDI alliance indulged in politics of corruption, dynasty and communalism..."
She said, "The people of Delhi remember Delhi riots or Sikhs riots. AAP should first give an account of its unfulfilled promises... If you pick up the record of work done by PM Narendra Modi, you will find out that the pace at which work has been done in the last 10 years, is unprecedented."
The Union Minister also appealed to people to use their votes wisely to elect a Prime Minister.
Polling on all 7 Lok Sabha seats in Delhi will take place in the sixth phase of the ongoing Lok Sabha elections on May 25.
The Delhi Lok Sabha contest is a two-way fight between the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the Congress-Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) alliance.
As part of the seat-sharing arrangement, the Congress is contesting three seats while AAP has fielded candidates from four constituencies in Delhi.
The Congress is contesting Chandni Chowk, North East Delhi and North West Delhi. The AAP, on the other hand, is contesting New Delhi, South Delhi, West Delhi, and East Delhi.
Chandni Chowk- BJP has fielded Harsh Vardhan against Jai Prakash Agarwal. Vardhan won the Chandni Chowk seat in 2019.
North East Delhi- Sitting MP Manoj Tiwari will be challenged by Congress's Kanhaiya Kumar from this seat.
East Delhi- BJP's Harsh Malhotra to face AAP's Kuldeep Kumar from this seat.
New Delhi: BJP has fielded Bansuri Swaraj from the New Delhi constituency against AAP's Somnath Bharti.
North West Delhi: Congress fielded Udit Raj against BJP's Yogender Chandolia.
West Delhi: BJP's Kamaljeet Sehrawat and AAP's Mahabal Mishra are in the fray in this constituency.
South Delhi: BJP's Ramvir Singh Bidhuri will contest against AAP's Sahiram Pehalwan in this constituency held by BJP's Ramesh Bidhuri.
In the 2019 Lok Sabha election, the BJP swept all the seats. During the 2014 Lok Sabha election, BJP candidates secured victory in all seven parliamentary seats.
The counting of votes will be held on June 4.
