New Delhi [India], June 30 : Many renowned Indian brands from the flexible workspace, real estate, and media entertainment sectors, along with Stylework, a SAAS-based flexi-working space aggregator, came together for a two-day event titled 'Unconventional Unions: A Flex-sync' held at Himachal Pradesh's Parwanoo.
The event, held on June 28 and 29 at Moksha Himalaya and Timber Trail Resort, Parwanoo, Himachal Pradesh, was aimed at raising awareness and aggregating audiences seeking flexspaces in India.

The flex space industry caters to commercial real estate, offering flexible workspace solutions such as coworking spaces and serviced offices to accommodate diverse needs. According to a press release by Stylework, the industry currently occupies 17 per cent to 18 per cent of the commercial sector.
Speaking at the occasion, the CEO and founder of Stylework, Sparsh Khandelwal, highlighted the role of architecture and technological support in driving industry growth.
"Our idea is to take active initiatives to partner with entertainment houses to aggregate more than 70 per cent of the audience looking for flexspaces. These initiatives will pave the way for the future of flexspaces and shed light on the human side of flexwork. We plan to integrate the human side of Flex in the next 5 to 10 years," Sparsh said.
The event featured interactive sessions, including talk shows and panel discussions on technological advancements and collaborative opportunities between flexspaces and media entertainment.
Furthermore, many industry leaders, like TVF, RE/MAX India, Blue Turtle Entertainment, MySoho, CBRE, and others, participated and shared their thoughtful insights on the potential and future expansion of the industry.
"The world of entertainment is changing, and we are focusing on these growing trends. Our aim is to create shows that will not only be relatable to the audience but will also focus on the presence and message of the brands we are creating stories for," Associate Director of Brand Partnerships at TVF, Nishant Dobhal, said.
Pulkit Bakshi, Head of CBRE, further added, "People should have the choice to work however they want and from wherever they want. Flex working is going to build the future of workspaces."
As flexible workspace providers are preparing to increase their presence in major cities and are venturing into emerging Tier 2 markets in response to rising demand from domestic and international companies seeking contemporary office solutions, Stylework's CEO is aiming to touch and discover the human side of Flex by innovating, experimenting, and improving ideas.
"The future of flex working in India depends on multiple experiments, analysing data, and creating the infrastructure to provide solutions for flex working," he added.
