Dharuhera (Haryana) [India], September 29 : Uttarakahnd Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Sunday participated in the 'Jan Sabha' programme organised in favour of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate Laxman Singh Yadav in Rewari city of Haryana's Dharuhera
CM Dhami said that the Rewari region is the land of heroes. Thousands of people from here are serving the country's border.
He urged the people to form the BJP government again in Haryana by making BJP candidate Laxman Singh Yadav victorious. He said that the people of this region will definitely give their blessings to the BJP. He urged the people to vote and get as many votes as possible in favour of the BJP in the Haryana Assembly polls on October 5.
CM Dhami said that new records have been set in Haryana under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Haryana has progressed in every field, including roads, health, drinking water, and infrastructure. Connectivity has been strengthened through the Vande Bharat train. The trial of Vande Bharat is also going on in the Rewari area. The double-engine government of Haryana has delivered gas cylinders to every home, pure drinking water is being delivered to every home, and the Prime Minister started the Beti Bachao Beti Padhao campaign from this land. The Haryana government has started 1000 sports nurseries to promote youth in the field of sports. Employment is being provided in Haryana through programmes like Make in India, Startup India, Skill India.
The Chief Minister said that the previous Congress government in Haryana state provided electricity to only 538 villages, but today the BJP government is providing 24-hour electricity to 58 thousand villages. Now there are 15 medical colleges in Haryana, up from 7. AIIMS is being constructed in Rewari at a cost of 1650 crores. The land of Haryana is the land of farmers, soldiers, and youth. The previous governments have always played politics with the people of Haryana. During the Congress rule, MSP was available on 8 crops; today, MSP is being given on 14 crops; in the coming time, it will be increased to 24 crops. Congress candidates claim that if their government is formed in Haryana, they will first give jobs to their family members, CM said.
The Chief Minister said that the Hooda government of Congress allegedly looted Haryana. During the Congress rule, there was rule of 3D, 3D means courtiers, son-in-law and dealer. Government jobs were not available without money. During the Congress rule, the system of slips and kharchi was in place in Haryana. In the last 10 years, the BJP government has been giving jobs on the basis of merit. Now the game of transfer and posting has been ended in Haryana. Congress people want to make Haryana poor by cheating the public. The people of the states where Congress is in power are distressed. Congress can never give up scams and corruption, CM said.
The Chief Minister said that under the leadership of PM Modi, Article 370 has been abolished from Jammu and Kashmir. The brave land of Rewari will never vote for the Congress, which talks with Pakistan and supports stone-pelters. Congress talks about implementing the agenda of the enemies of the country in India. The country's respect and self-respect are great under the leadership of the Prime Minister. Rahul Gandhi goes abroad and makes fun of the country. The Chief Minister said that the Uniform Civil Code Bill has been passed first in Uttarakhand. Haryana and Uttarakhand are progressing because both states have double engine governments.
The Chief Minister said that the BJP has released a manifesto of development in Haryana. There is a provision to give Rs 2100 to women under the Laado scheme in Haryana. There is a provision to increase the cost of treatment to 10 lakhs under the Ayushman scheme. There is a provision to provide a scooter to every girl under the Awwal Balika Yojana. There is also a provision to give a loan of up to 3 lakhs to farmers without interest. There is a provision to determine MSP for 24 crops.
Haryana goes to the polls on October 5 to elect a 90-member state legislative assembly to form its next government, with the counting set to take place on October 8.
In 2019, the BJP emerged as the single-largest party with 40 seats. Congress won 30 seats.
