Raisen (Madhya Pradesh) [India], April 30 : Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav on Tuesday bestowed praises on Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his efforts towards safeguarding national security and offering good governance to the nation and said that this is the first time a Prime Minister has delivered to his promises and glorified the democracy.
While addressing an election rally in Begumganj, Yadav said, "The public gave the vote to PM Narendra Modi for national security and good governance. When our soldiers were continuously attacked at the borders and killed, the then government used to raise hands and say what should we do, this is all done by Pakistan."
"It was then that Prime Minister Narendra Modi's government came to power and PM Modi said that 'Pakistan will have to pay a huge price,' and for the first time, it so happened that the Prime Minister of the country delivered to his words and the Balakot airstrikes were carried out in Pakistan, in retaliation to the February 14 Pulwama attack," he said.
Adding ahead, Yadav said, "We all witnessed how the country retaliated to Pakistan, all under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi who delivered to his promises and glorified the democracy."
"Humne sabne dekha, Pakistan ko danke ki chot par pakistan ko ghar mai ghuskar, do do baar vaar karke dikhaya hai. Ye hota hai chappan inch ke seene wala aur loktantra ko gaurvanit karne wala neta," Yadav said.

Former Madhya Pradesh CM and BJP candidate from Vidisha Lok Sabha seat Shivraj Singh Chouhan also spoke on the occasion and asserted that no one can stop India from becoming 'Vishwaguru' under PM Modi's leadership.
"If there is someone who is the most popular leader, he is PM Narendra Modi. Under his leadership, no one can stop India from becoming 'Vishwaguru'. Who will be Congress' PM candidate? India will move forward with Narendra Modi as the Prime Minister," he said.
