Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) [India], September 25 : Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath lauded Prime Minister Narendra Modi after his three-day visit to the United States and said that the visit has established 'brand India' as more trustworthy on the global stage.
Speaking to ANI, CM Yogi said, "The Prime Minister's visit to the US was successful not just from the view of foreign policy, but also it has been a visit to make the brand India as more trustworthy on the global stage."
"During the QUAD Leaders' Cancer Moonshot Event, PM Modi announced the support of USD 7.5 million and 40 million vaccine doses to strengthen the fight against cervical cancer. We have also seen a unique example of Silicon diplomacy. Under a historic collaboration, the US Army and India have collaborated for 'Shakti' Semiconductor Fabrication Plant."
He further said that Uttar Pradesh would get a huge boost from the agreement to promote the MSME sector.
"During this visit, a special agreement was made to promote the MSME sector - this agreement shows the PM's determination to make India self-reliant. Naturally, this agreement will provide a boost to a state like UP which has the largest number of MSMEs," the Chief Minister added.
He further stated that PM Modi is playing an important role to resolve conflict in war-torn countries.
"In this multipolar world, any global group is understood to be incomplete without India. On one side, the PM is trying to establish India as a global power again, on the other side, it's the opposition's negative politics. They are now just not limited to the politics of opposing but trying to malign the image of India by being a puppet in the hands of anti-India forces - it can be seen by the statements made by the Lok Sabha LoP. Today, if the head of any war-torn country believes in the resolving intervention - it's the PM on whom they have this belief," he further added.
