Pollsters predict BJP's thumping victory in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Jharkhand

New Delhi [India], June 1 : The exit polls on Saturday have predicted a comfortable victory for the Bharatiya Janata Party-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) in the states of Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Jharkhand.
In Madhya Pradesh, voting was held in the first four phases on 29 Lok Sabha seats.
According to the India Today-Axis My India poll and India TV, NDA is set to win 28-29 seats while the tally of the INDIA bloc will range from 0 to 1. Times Now ETG has predicted a clean sweep for NDA with all 29 seats going into their account.
In the 2019 Lok Sabha polls, the BJP won 28 and the Congress managed to win only one Chhindwara seat in Madhya Pradesh.
In Chhattisgarh, voting was held in the first three phases on 11 Lok Sabha seats.
According to the India Today-Axis My India poll and India TV, NDA is set to win 28-29 seats while the INDIA bloc has been restricted to from 0 to 1 seats.
In the 2019 Lok Sabha polls, the BJP won 9 seats while Congress managed to win two seats in Chhattisgarh.
In Jharkhand, voting was held in the four phases on 14 Lok Sabha seats.
India Today-Axis My India poll survey has predicted the victory of the NDA on 8 to 10 seats here, Congress will register a victory on 2 to 3 seats, and others are being given 2 to 3 seats. Times Now ETG has also given 13 seats to NDA and one seat to INDIA bloc.
In the 2019 Lok Sabha polls, the BJP won 11 seats while the Congress, Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM), and AJSU managed to win one seat each in Jharkhand.
The voting for the 543-member Lok Sabha was held across seven phases. Votes will be counted on June 4.
