In such incidents, it should be the priority to ensure justice is served to the victim and to take care of the family of the victim. Unfortunately, we do not hesitate to do politics in such incidents...If this goes on, then it will become a trend to ask the CM to resign due to such incidents rather than demanding an investigation into the matter...If there is any leniency in the investigation then it is objectionable...In Chhattisgarh, we included in our manifesto that there should be a separate provision to ensure the safety of lawyers, journalists and doctors..."
