RLDA Invites bids for leasing of office space in Operational Building at Safdarjung Railway Station in Delhi

New Delhi [India], October 11 : The Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA), a statutory authority of Indian Railways, has invited bids for the leasing of office spaces at the Operational Building of the Safdarjung Railway Station, Delhi. The location is situated under the Delhi Division of the Northern Railway Zone.
As per the information, the office space to be leased out consists of 8871 sqm on the First & Second floors of the Operational Building of the Safdarjung Railway Station, Delhi. They consist of 4297 Sqm on the First Floor and 4574 Sqm on the Second Floor. The office spaces will be leased for 60 years and have a reserve price of Rs 153.10 crore for the First Floor and Rs 162. 97 crores for the second floor.
The Operational Building where the office spaces exist is located alongside the approach road to the South of Safdarjung Railway Station and enjoys very good connectivity with the different parts of Delhi.
The building is situated with Kaushal Bhawan and Hotel Leela Palace to its East, Railway Board Bungalows and Charak Palika Hospital to its West, Delhi Government Flats at New Moti Bagh to its South, and Railway Tracks & Railway Officers Flats to its North.
