‘Agniveers’ will never constitute the whole army: NSA Ajit Doval to ANI

New Delhi, June 21 (ANI): As the country continues to witness agitation surrounding the ‘Agnipath’ recruitment scheme, National Security Advisor of India Ajit Doval on June 21 said that ‘Agniveers’ who become regulars eventually will undergo intensive training to acquire experience. During an interview with ANI’s Smita Prakash, NSA Doval said, “Agniveers will never constitute the whole army. Those Agniveers who become regulars eventually will undergo intensive training, acquire experience over a period of time.”
