Sai Resort in Dapoli doesn’t belong to me: Anil Parab

Mumbai, May 27 (ANI): Maharashtra Transport Minister Anil Parab, whose properties were raided by the Enforcement Directorate on May 26, claimed that he has no connection with the resort and the owner is Sadanand Kadam. Addressing the media persons, he said, “ED raided my house, official bungalow, and my associates today. The predicated offence that was cited was that they allege that Sai Resort in Dapoli, which has not even started operations, releases its sewerage water is released into the sea.” “I've been saying from the 1st day that I have no connection with the resort and its owner is Sadanand Kadam. They have registered a case at Dapoli PS. Since this was a scheduled offence, ED took action. We'll see how to legally take it forward but I answered them every question,” he added. At least seven premises, including Parab's official residence in Mumbai, linked premises in Dapoli and Pune were being searched by the agency with a security escort provided by the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF).
