Amarnath Yatra: First batch of pilgrims gets warm welcome at Chenani-Nashri tunnel in Ramban

Ramban (J&K), July 01 (ANI): First batch of pilgrims for Amaranth Yatra on July 01 reached at Chenani-Nashri tunnel in Ramban district of Jammu and Kashmir. They were received by Deputy Commissioner Mussarat Islam and other officials. They are travelling in small and big vehicles escorted by heavy security. Almost 6,000 devotees will leave from Balkan and Pahalgam to reach the holy cave. Langars were provided to the tourists for their convenience. “As per our reports, almost 6,000 devotees will leave from Balkan and Pahalgam to reach the holy cave. We've put up langar at a lot of crucial, tactical spots for our tourists' convenience,” said Mussarat Islam, DC Ramban.
