Amit Shah meets NDA leaders in Varanasi ahead of PM Modi’s filing nomination

Varanasi (UP), Apr 26 (ANI): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Amit Shah, Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh, Union External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj and senior BJP leaders met National Democratic Alliance (NDA) leaders on Friday. The meeting was held in UP’s Varanasi. Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray, Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) chief Parkash Singh Badal, Deputy Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu O Panneerselvam and other leaders were present at the meeting. Meanwhile, leaders had lunch together. They will also be accompanying Prime Minister Narendra Modi while filing nomination papers from Uttar Pradesh’s Varanasi. Varanasi will go to polls in the final phase of the General election.
