Arunachal Pradesh CM Khandu debunks Congress’ accusation of BJP indulging in ‘cash for vote’ scam

Pasighat (Arunachal Pradesh), Apr 03 (ANI): Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu on Wednesday reacted on Congress accusing BJP of indulging in ‘cash for vote’ in state. Debunking all the allegations, CM Khandu said that Congress itself indulged in cash for votes. He also asserted that the probe will be conducted by Election Commission and Income Tax department. Khandu also took a review meeting in this regard. Almost Rs 1.8 crore has been seized from some vehicles in Arunachal Pradesh on March 2. Congress alleged that the money was seized from the convoy of Arunachal Pradesh’s chief minister and were meant to bribe voters.
