New Delhi, Mar 01 (ANI): Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw explained the development of India’s semiconductor ecosystem to the officials in New Delhi on February 29. In his ‘special class’, he was seen giving lessons to the officials on his whiteboard in office.
