Guwahati (Assam), July 20 (ANI): Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on July 19 launched ‘Swanirbhar Naari’ scheme in Guwahati, Assam. The scheme will empower indigenous weavers of the state and provide financial support to their families.
