Bihar: Specially-abled Nandlal Kumar from Munger writes exam papers using foot

Munger (Bihar), June 30 (ANI): Unfazed by the disability, Nandlal Kumar from Munger district of Bihar decided to write exams using his foot. He lost both his hands in 2006 due to electrocution in childhood. He wanted to become an IAS Officer. He had passed Intermediate Science Examination with first division in the year 2019.
