BJP’s aim for 2024: ‘Will wipe out Naxalism from India…’ says Amit Shah in Chhattisgarh

Korba (Chhattisgarh), Jan 07 (ANI): Dubbing BJP as the one behind curbing the Naxal terror and cases pertaining the same in the country, Union Home Minister Amit Shah on January 07 in Chhattisgarh’s Korba assured that the party will eliminate Naxals by 2024. Comparing the data of Naxal activities that took place in country during Congress’ regime and BJP’s, the Home Minister also indirectly attacked the Opposition party over the number of terror cases that were carried by the Naxalites. “BJP was the one to facilitate poor people living in the remote areas. We also nearly eliminated Naxals from the state. Naxal activities were more during Congress’ rule in the country. The activates in the country have drastically decreased by 2021. BJP will aim to free India from Naxalites by 2024. On one hand, we facilitated and assisted the youth. On the other, we fought against the people with weapons in hand,” the Home Minister said.
