Srinagar (J&K), April 7 (ANI): The Government and Non-Government Organisations (NGO) are conducting several seminars and workshops in schools, colleges and universities to educate youths of the valley to speak on different subjects. During these seminars, students are getting different subjects and specific themes including environment, science, wildlife, culture, traditions, drug addiction, domestic violence, history, heritage, sports, and a lot of things. Apart from yearly syllabus, extra activities are very important to maintain the personal development of the young generation and therefore Govt and NGO has taken this initiative. That’s why youths are always preparing themselves to participate in these seminars and workshops with full confidence which helps to improve their speaking skills and get good exposure. For the last few years under the new education policy, the ratio of seminars and workshops are increasing which has a positive effect on the mental development of students. Apart from mental development, such types of seminars and workshops also help students to decrease their stress level that is very common due to the hectic study schedule of the year.
