Apr 15, 2019
Rourkela (Odisha), Apr 15 (ANI): “This type of statement shows the mindset of Samajwadi Party. Silence of SP’s president and his alliance member, who herself is women, Mayawati ji and her silence on this issue, is itself surprising. For people, who do not respect women or uses, foul languages against women, after forming government in Uttar Pradesh, we made an Anti-Romeo squad in the state. We have made 20% reservations for women, in our police force, so that they can take strict action against these offenders. The statement given by Azam Khan, is shameless, describes poor mentality. This type of statement is not acceptable in the society. People already have their own view about Samajwadi Party, and this type of statement by Azam Khan is the another example”, said CM Yogi Adityanath. Earlier, while addressing a public rally, SP leader Azam Khan had made 'khaki underwear’ comment against against BJP leader Jaya Prada.
