Committed robbery to compensate losses, arrested

New Delhi, July 18 (ANI): Delhi Police’s Crime Branch has arrested two accused Sayed Imran and Rahul Sikka for allegedly robbing Rs 34 lakh from Hawala carrier in the Sarai Rohilla area. A total amount of Rs 7.06 lakhs has been recovered so far after their arrest. Further, Scooty and mobile phones used in the crime have also been recovered at their instance. Accused persons planned robbery to compensate for losses in their respective businesses and gain quick and easy money. After committing the robbery, the accused persons spent on a lavish lifestyle and they visited Manali, Shimla, Rishikesh, Haridwar, Dehradun and Mussoorie.
