Congress sees itself above law: Pralhad Joshi

New Delhi, July 22 (ANI): Parliamentary affairs Minister Pralhad Joshi on July 22 said that the Congress thinks that they are above law. Speaking to ANI, Joshi said, “Both Sonia-Rahul Gandhi went to SC in National Herald case but the case wasn't dismissed. They're out on bail. They harassed PM when he was CM. Yesterday they didn't let parliament function even when we accepted to discuss price rise issue. They think they are above law.”
