COVID-19: India records 3,615 fresh cases, 4,972 recoveries

New Delhi, Sept 28 (ANI): India reported 3,615 new cases of COVID-19, 4,972 recoveries in the last 24 hours. The active caseload stands at 40,979. Total number of tests done during the previous day was 3,23,293.
