COVID-19: Nepal receives 7 tons medical aid from France

Kathmandu (Nepal), June 03 (ANI): Amid the COVID-19 second wave, France has provided 7 tons medical aid to Nepal. French Ambassador to Nepal, Francois-Xavier Leger handed over the medical assistance to Minister of Health HridayeshTripathi. A brief ceremony was held at the Tribhuvan International Airport in offering medical assistance. The medical aid was shipped in via a special flight of Airbus A350. FFP2 masks, antigenic test kits, protection glasses and respirators were included in medical assistance to Nepal. Nepal has recorded 571,111 cases of COVID-19 till Wednesday.
