Bengaluru, Aug 04 (ANI): Union Home Minister Amit Shah on August 04 addressed the 3rd edition of the Sankalp Se Siddhi Conference in Bengaluru. HM Amit Shah stressed that the decision to celebrate Amrit Mahotsav of Independence was taken by PM Modi. While speaking at the Conference, Amit Shah said, “The decision to celebrate the Amrit Mahotsav of Independence has been taken by the Prime Minister and the Central Government of the country. There are 3 objectives behind this. First, the new generation of the country, full of patriotism, connected with the development of the country. And to connect yourself with the history and sacrifice of millions of people who have sacrificed themselves in getting the country's freedom. Second, for 75 years our country has achieved many achievements in many fields, all of them have to be taken to the public.” “Third, we have to resolve that when the centenary is celebrated, where will India stand and how will India lead the world? And at the same time a plan has to be made to prove this resolve,” he added.
