Delhi Police busts two inter-state arms supplier gang

New Delhi, November 29(ANI) Delhi Police busted two inter-state illegal firearms gangs and arrested three accused. They brought the firearms from Sendhwa and Khargone of Madhya Pradesh and supplied them in Delhi-NCR, Haryana, Rajasthan and UP West. In view of the upcoming MCD elections in Delhi, the Special Cell's pursuit of a constant drive launched against the illegal firearms traffickers in Delhi. Concerted efforts were being made to identify the members of these syndicates. In one case, a police team has arrested MP-based two firearms suppliers Manmohan Chorasia and Jaiprakash Pandey. Both have been arrested at a bus stop near Ashram Chowk, New Delhi. In another case, the Delhi Police Special Cell has arrested another firearms supplier namely Abhishek Singh from Jheel Wala Park, Outer Ring Road, Delhi. Police recovered 22 pistols from their possession.
