Jun 16, 2022
New Delhi, June 16 (ANI): Delhi Special Commissioner of Police (Law and Order) Sagar Preet Hooda on June 16 denied the allegations of misbehaviour by police officials and entry into All India Congress Committee (AICC) office made through a complaint by Congress. “We have examined complaint (by Congress against Delhi Police) alleging misbehaviour by police officials and entry into AICC office, its nothing like that. Police tried to detain them from entrance. FIRs filed by police for damaging public property and violence,” he said. “Police have planned a proper arrangement and will ensure no unlawful gathering happens (tomorrow over ED summons to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi), as Section 144 in CrPC is still imposed there,” he added.
