Disgruntled employees, healthcare workers in Gilgit Baltistan hold anti-government protests

Gilgit, 02 February, 2021: - The demonstrations calling out discrimination in government jobs in the illegally occupied Gilgit Baltistan have entered another week. Anti-government sloganeering has gone up and the size of the protests is expanding with more and more joining in. People working in different government departments accuse that their long due salary-hike and promotions have met a bureaucratic blockade at the behest of the political leadership.
